Anyone ever get a moto from Jhot-exports? I did and my motor is messed up.

Anyone ever get a moto from Jhot-exports? I did and my motor is messed up.
As the title says, Has anyone ever delt with jhot-exports on ebay? I just ordered a GSR swap from them. It got here and looked awesome. I hooked my compression gauge up and did the test.
Cylinder #1 = 240 psi
Cylinder #2 = 235 psi
Cylinder #3 = 40 psi
Cylinder #4 = 240 psi.
Im thinking burnt valve, or stuck valve, with compression that low. What do you guys think? Wouldent worn rings give you higher comrpession then that? I really wish I had a leak down tester here. I may haved to go borrow one. I emailed them tonight, but they wont be open tull monday. Im just wondering if the motor was messed up what kind of shape will the tranny be in? They have awesome feedback.

Just relized this should of gone in the engine forum. It will be going in my crx. If they wont give me a new motor Im going to rebuild this one.
