Default Dorr lock problem

After diagnoseing most of my electrical problems,I am left with one, my passenger side door switch will lock but not unklock. It locks and unlocks from the drivers side. I have checked the fuses, Swaped out a friends switch, I checked the actuator according to the helms manual and it works. I followed thw wires in the door and they seem fine,I've even read every post that I could find on door locks. I am lost on what to do next at this point. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

is the motor trying to "unlock" the door?

check the lock, make sure the locking mechanism is functioning. if its not, replace.

When operated the passenger door button locks the door but does absolutly nothing. The drivers switch locks and unlocks the passenger door. So the motors work. like I said I am lost on this

Check continuity between the BLK/RED wire at the passenger door lock switch, and the BLK/RED wire at the Power door lock control unit (located in the driver door). That is pretty much the only thing it can be if the passenger door still locks/unlocks with input from the driver switch.
