I just noticed this yesterday and I'm unpleasantly surprised at Honda's paint durability. The paint in the area directly under the bottom rubber seals on the back passenger windows is starting to chip off, and I'm afraid they will continue to chip off even more (its just slightly now) as time goes buy.
ANyhow, is there any solution to this? Maybe a way to "seal" the paint so no water seeps in somehow? I'm too poor to get it all stripped and repainted. TIA!

Thats what I was afraid of...I havent owned the car since 94, but I'm pretty sure it hasn't been repainted
Are there any other options other than repainting the panel? I'm too poor for this crap at the moment.

Nothing that'll look nice.
Try the appearance forum, though.
Try getting a scratch sander (little pen w/ glass bristles), sand the spot, then touch-up.
Cheap paint job = crappy paint job , for when you get some $$$ (though, I'd save for a newer car).

I am more than pleased with the paint quality of my car. 119k of freeway driving and the front bumper and hood are remarkably devoid of chips. I have no idea why the paint is so resiliant.
