best non-vtec cams?

If you aren't going to raise your compression, then crower 403's would probably be a good choice for you. If you do raise your compression, then 404's would give you some nice power. Either choice should be installed with valvesprings and tuned for best reliability/results.

i believe it was styleTeG i talked to and in order for him to keep his crank pressure within stock tolerances with the 404's he milled his head .015...i think, he did this to keep keep the cams from overcamming the engine i believe
