OK i put a d16z6 into my 93 cx....i bought a p28 ecu...ran the 2 wires into the ecm harness. NO code 22 but code 21. Thats the soleniod code..I put 12 volts to the soleniod and it clicks. Hell i put 12 volts to it on the ecm side still works so no shorts. something is not right here i need help. Thanks

 

check the wire for continuity. see if the wire has a short somewhere.
