hey i had broke mine so i took it out but i cant find a replacement mast. all i need is the mast. cant seem to find one at autozone or anything. know where i can find one?

 

if you want to go cheap you can try a junkyard. But your dealer is the best place to get it. Be sure the whole cable is out of the motor before installing a new mast.
Another option is to go to an auto parts store and just buy a regular antenna kit and install that.

 

yea i went to the auto parts store today but they wanted 50 bucks for the whole kit. thats waaay to much

 

Thats about what the dealer will charge for the correct part. I think I paid $47.

 

expletive all of that... I got a mast for my 94 ex for17.00 shipped off ebay, and it works great! They had them for your year too...Cant remember the sellers name for you, but takea look, I was apprehensive, but saved a butlload, and not on changing my insurance to geico....the only minus is that ya have to trim the cord to fit propperly. If you spend a minute on it, its a great deal.

I would get one from the dealer. Maybe you can just get a dx one cheaper than an ex antenna. I tried one of the autozone type antennas and with the angle of the quarter panel where the antenna is it didn't fit just right and I was constantly trying to readjust it. Just didn't work well.
