What are the spring rates for the standard D2 coilover kits for 96-00 Civic?

Like the title says, anyone know? I know u can get custom spring rates, but i want to know the rates of the springs that come with it out of the box.

standard rates are 11kfront 7krears, this is what i'v got and its pretty stiff.

I dont think that right, these dont feel stiff at all. My last setup felt stiffer. Bump for anyone else that knows
