No i bought it from a freind who bought it new,no i have no receipt,and no absolutely everything has not been used...its all as it came from apexi.Everything that is included is in the pictures.Apexi leaves the option to upgrade to their fuel kit and intercooler kit also but this is exactly how it is sold.The reason i am selling this is because i just got a b16 for an amazing price from my sisters bf.The only thing it comes with thats not in the pictures is the instructions.
