Default 93 integra w/ H22a??

I was thinkin bout goin H22a in my DA teg and jus wanna know if anyone has done it and how it worked for them...Yes I've heard it bout bein front end heavy, but wit fully done suspension I don't think it would really matter. And possibly thinkin bout boostin later on down the road and not sure if I have enough space under the hood to fit everything in safely and don't have to worry bout takin out my AC and all that good ****

Not trying to be mean but let me ask you a question. What kind of response do you think your going to get in the integra (b series) forum? Aside from that, youll get mixed responses from people that have only ever had an ebay front tower bar on their completely stock car.

* For anyone looking at this, if you havent personally had an h22 hybrid GTFO. No one cares if you drove your friends fully built turbod supercharged with nitrous h22crx.

p.s. it doesn't handle as bad as people have you thinking.

If they only had mounts for the h22 into a DA, I'd have one sooo fast. H-series is sick!

There is a dude on g2ic who has it done, and I always see him respond to posts about it. His screename is h22g2integra, as seen in here:
http://www.g2ic.com/forums/sho...t=h22

This is his car, http://www.lr-racing.com/integra.htm

He now works at http://www.kineticmotorsport.com, so you can probably call him there. He also has his email address posted in his profile at g2ic.

If you really want a DA h22 hybrid i bet you can use like 2 of the 3 mounts from the 94-01 years and just mod the tranny mount etc.

If you have lots of money to spend, or are good at fabricating, then the h22 would work in your DA. If not, then I'd stick to a B-series.

Its not that hard of a swap, as long as you understand theres some custom work involved. Theres many ways to perform this swap, its hard to say which one works best. Heres a post I made with some info about the swap.

http://www.g2ic.com/forums/showthread.php?t=102593

Heres some additional pics.

Cage doesn't pass tech, the rear bars need to attach to the rear shock tower not another bar, gotta take it back to get modified,

If you have any questions about the swap feel free to ask.

I'm glad to see others outside of Drag Racing that prefer the H22 over the B. So many myths concerning the weight difference and handling just need to be put to bed.

Again, that car is a work of art, goodluck with the project

Yes. http://www.quartersportsDrag.com first made this kit on their DA.

You would use the stock axles, intermediete shaft, tranny, clutch/flywheel, tranny mount and engine mount with an adapter plate inbetween the mount and the engine.
