i picked up a set of hx the other day. i was wondering wat color would like nice on my car except gloss black.

 

What about this color? I painted these back in the day. Best beater wheels ever

 

i was thinkin of a color that nobody has around here. i was thinkin about red. but gunmetal looks nice. that was second on my mind.

gloss black. I know you said except that but w/e.....GLOSS BLACK! white/red H always works. IMO anything else is just a waste of time.

They are stock wheels, man. If you are going to paint them, why try some outlandish color when they are stock wheels? When I got those HX wheels they were already painted black. I painted them to look "stock." Stock wheels are stock wheels.

I don't understand why people paint stock wheels red, green, and gold. It just looks funny.

 

You could do the opposite of paint them...
