Default H22 ALL MOTOR!! 243whp / 192tq custom manifold

Hello all honda tech members, I'm new to HT. Well heres my setup, tell me what you think. Any comments or advice will be appricated.

Everything that didnt need machine work was done out of my garage.

chassis - 94 civic vx hatch

H22A4, Stock Bottem end
custom port work to head and manifold (pics below)
JG valve train
Golden Eagle Cam Gears and fuel rail
3 angle valve job
super tech flat valves
3" AEM cold air intake
RMF Drag style Header
MSD ignition setup
Hondata Intake Manifold gasket
1 layer head gasket
Walbro 255 fuel pump
RC 550s injectors
Fidanza 7.5lbs flywheel
Exedy stage 2 racing clutch
Tuned on hondata s200










Unfortunately i do not have a digital camera of my own. Will try to get more pics when i get a chance.

nice, manifold looks really good? any pics of the dyno sheet? thats some really good numbers for a stock bottom end! what cams are you running?

what are the specs on those cams? do they offer a bigger cam then that???? those are really good numbers

i might have a old picture of the head somewhere on one of my friends digi..
the manifold was done at home.

How did you do the 4 cylinder flow channel in IM so strait? From outside it have 2 bends.

what kind of dyno sheet is that from? I dont know about 192 lbs of tq on a stock block. Ive seen alot... about 166ish. but that was really pushing it on itb's.

who said anything about a writeup? ahah i dont even have a camera.. i might if i find time. I'm a fulltime student and working fulltime, i barly have time for my car anymore.

you just gotta cut whats in between and dremel it for days or even air tools. You want to be careful going that big since you dont want to punch thru the thing. Plus you want to port match it to the head. I kinda dremel the hondata gasket first to use it as a stencil.

cut along the red lines... then smooth everything out..

What kind of elevation was the dyno at?

The compression should be in the range of 10.3:1 to 10.5:1 with flat valves, plus you don't know if he milled the head. Still, that chart is BS. HP and torque should be the same at 5252 rpm, but it's not on the chart in question. The torque figures are way high for a stock stroke and displacement for a H22.

Sorry this is BS....Someone please raise the flag.

The only reason I bring that up because SAE numbers at high elevation are waayyyy out of wack.

STD numbers would be good to see......
