alright, i removed the coin holder, unscrew 2 screws and pulled it out.

now im stuck...

the cig. lighter unit cannot be removed for ****.

anyone know how?

i know this wont help, by i cam across the same thing,, cant remember how we got past that point lmao

 

Unplug the wires from the cig lighter back. Then unscrew the gold looking nut around the back of the cig lighter it has 3 large ribs on it. Use pliers. The metal lighter shell will pull forward and then the plastic around the lighter will come off. Hope this helps.

now. project 2 - fix/locate oil leak, replace oil pan & gasket, re-align l-bracket, install flywheel cover
project 3 - fix bumper stiffner bolt and bracket

 

Looks good, im about to put a type-ARGH interior in. Hopefully it will look as good as yours.

 

where did you get that?

 

traded my jdm console for a USDM type r console, then bought some parts from acura dealership and mix and matched some jdm parts to the console and that what you see.
