i dont think so. it states "Appearance related discussion"

i believe a front lip is catergorized as "Appearence".

 

thanks for the prive. now where to get one? trying to stay away from shops ordering it for me. rather get it off line

 

if the 25000 yen is right, i converted it (googled). was something like $215. which if it is right, looks a lot better for me then 400-500.

You have to remember no one is going to get it for you without a markup.
Those companies do not sell to the US. AJ racing sells J's products but they mark that stuff up like there's no tomorrow.
They quoted me $370 + shipping for a Valve cover, which ended up being $315 shipped through some other dealer.
Plus the shipping on a package that big is going to be at least $60-$70. Good luck in your search though.
