my gauge says its 5 but im usins a pw0 i think but it limits at 8 so any help i need the correct redline for a 90 93 integra b16a j spec stock motor

no i have the si gauge cluster it says 6500 no after market tach but i took it up to 75 a fdew times and now my exhaust sounds funny and my tranny feels like it sticks a little could that be my problem
