Has anybody done business with caspers hatch ,on October 20th I paied him $180 for a profec B, I got a email from UPS stating that they were notified by the shipper that he had a package to ship ,however I have not received the package to date ,when I spoke to him on the phone he stated that he would refund my money again paypal sent a email that Jennifer Reynolds (jenreynolds223@yahoo.com) has issued you a full or
partial refund for your payment.

This refund will remain pending until the funds have cleared from the
sender's account. You will receive an email notification once the funds
have become available in your PayPal account. See Refund Details below
for more information.

Both of you need to learn how to read. He sent him a refund that hasnt cleared. Kinda like giving someone a bad check.
