how can i get better low end

i got a turbo charged civic (b16) how can i get better low end? i got the best high end but low end SUCK!!!!

use nitrious for low end and leave the turbo for the high end or go to supercharge

smaller turbo, different tuning, more compression, less weight, more displacement, less rotating mass (flywheel etc.)
