ok so when i hit speed bumps a little faster than average i hear this noise. it sounds like dried up rubber. like as if my bushings r dried up. how can i check this/fix this. i also notice this sound when some one sits down fast in the rear passenger seat but that noise comes into the interior

 

I'd first suggest any passanger that makes noises like that check their shorts before they commit to sitting in your seat

It's either dry Stabalizer Bar (Sway Bar) bushings, or a dry Ball Joint.
