I'm not sure if it will fit or not. You should be able to get an intake for your Del Sol off EBay for no more than $25 shipped.

Do they have smog laws in Canada? I have an EBay intake for my EJ1 and it all the nessacary holes on it. It works great.

if the intake is meant for a 1.6L non-VTEC engine, it will not fit the Del Sol, you must find a one off an Si or SiR and plug the intake air temperature sensor hole.

ok so correct me if i am wrong but the SI here is a DOHC motor and my car is an SOHC motor, both are the same configuration but don't share heads or blocks.

i guess what i am asking is are the intake manifolds located in teh same place from one to the other or are there diffrences in the intake manifolds at all?

right now i have the stock air box in and it flows straight from the intake manifold to the box on the left of the car which i assum is pulling air from teh bumper area anyways. i have a short ram intake in hand that should fit fine but as far as an AEM cold air intake built for an EK 1997 dx civic hatch will it reach from teh intake manifold to the hole that goes below the metal work to the bumper area?
