Default B18C Swap 99EK

my B18C is in my 99EK hatch. I am using my stock single core radiator for now. I got a pair of gsr rad hoses and the hose is too to big for the rad fittings. which hoses do i use? 99 Si hoses?

i used a smaller hose and fitted it inside my gsr hoses. a good solution for the time being.
