Spoon 96 and 98 spec, how to tell the difference?

Spoon 96 and 98 spec cluster, how to tell the difference?
Need to know the difference between these two clusters as far as front cosmetics and adaptability to USDM 98+ ITR. Did a search and didn't find any and any feedback will be appreciated.
