panic alarm on 2001 honda accord

when opening the the do with the remote the panic alarm goes on and you cant shut it off has to cycle for 5 minutes what can cause this

so you opening the "the do" with your remote, the panice alarm is activated and it will not shut it self off for 5minute? that what you trying to say?

maybe try to squeeze the unlock button
