B18a rods?

my Question is can i use these rods w/ b16 pistons and b16 crank?
yes i searched already and found all types of info but not w/ this type of setup. please just a simple yes or no, know need to flame me.

You could but if you stuck them in a B16A block you would need 0.120" thick head gasket.
