when ever i open my window the front part of the window slides down fast than the back side of the window,.. and if i dont help push down the back.. the front part of the windows will pop out of the rubber guide.. that guides the window up and down... when i roll it back up the back rolls up faster than the front...

anyone had this problem before???

any suggestions??
