Default Best place to find parts.....

I am piecing together an ls/vtec and am having trouble locating certain parts. What would be the best place to find parts? I dont want to try the parts trader I have heard to many horror stories about that place. Thanks.

it depends if they are just little things that don't matter a whole lot or don't wear out much then you can go to a scrap yard and get stuff. What are you looking for? if I may ask.

hehe. . .I was expecting to see that you're looking for a fuel rail or a water pump, not the whole motor. I'm building an ls/vtec also, so here goes: Best bet for a b18a block is a junkyard. There's plenty of 2nd gen integra ls's in the junkyards. I had to take a distributor off one once, and the motor was absolutely perfect. They'll probably try to sell you the whole motor, I know the place I go to is like $200 for the whole motor, take the **** you don't need and sell it on ebay or just keep it. My b16 head was damaged by ups and I still haven't gotten it back, and on the quest for a search for a new one, I've found that inline four sells b16 heads, they'll even prepare them for ls/vtec if you specify. Only problem with inline four is that they never respond to emails. Ebay also has b18a blocks at any given time, haven't seen a b16 head there for awhile though. . .
