Hi,

Since yesterday night, when I start my car it knocks. Anybody has any idea what and why is it doing that. The oil and filter are fine it just strated doing that all of a sudden. After giving accelerator a little nudge it goes away. I hate being stranded in the middle of the road, will appreciate if someone will send me some inforamtion regarding this.

If it's rod knock, you're looking at quite a bit of work.

If it's just a ping, you probably got some bad gas.
