Default camshafts for a 01 gsr?

I have a 2001 gsr air intake header and I bumped my timing to 18 degress advanced. I was looking to buy camshafts timing gear and valve springs and retainers and was wondering what the best buy was for a stage 1 cam and what numbers I could see out of it ie horsepower and tourqe?

Best stage 1 cam will be an ITR cam. Power depends on tuning. I would invest in some sort of Hondata, AEM stand alone or something to get the most out of your motor. Why did you advance your timing if your engine is stock? Did you move the cam sprocket or the dizzy? Doesn't make sense.

I advanced my ignition timing to 18 degress. It gives better low end, So far so good it has a little more low end runs great though the whole powerband.
