a few options for a motor
i have been contiplating the idea a a motor swap and i have gotten it down to the three that will i would most likly pick.
1)i know that a b18b is a pretty good application to a crx. its has got good tourqe and a decent hp rating. and i think that the top end is prety good as well. adding a turbo would improve the hp alot also, but if i went that road it wouldnt be for a while.
2)this would probally be the easiest of the swaps. the delsol 1.6 sohc vtec is a kidna sweet little motor. though it is still a sohc i think that in a crx it will pick up and go.
3)the standard swap, a b16 dohc vtec.
let me know some acpects of these swaps that i might not have considerd. let me know some prices and differnt applications that i might also have not considerd. but price is limited to about $3500-4000
thanks in advance

With that price range you can make a nice B18a/b swapped rex and if your really lucky have boost on it for that too.
Either way i'd vote for the LS swap just get a b16 tranny you'll be gravy
