ovenizing corner lights?

can i stick my plastic corner lights in the oven to split them apart without the thing melting or will it deform it? I just wanna use stock corner lights and take out the orange thing in it as i dont like the look of clear ones from ebay w/ stock headlights. Thanks

i tried to cook my stock 92 hatchback corner lights and nothing happend... there is like 2 inches of sand in there too!!!, anyone kno why they wont come apart?
