Default Buzzing sound when letting off gas in 5th gear

maybe in 4th also. When im crusing the freeway with the gas applied its fine, but when i start letting off theres a slight buzzing noise coming from the engine bay....and once i let it all the way off it buzzes louder. It goes away if i press the clutch tho. Any idea what this might be?

could possibly be input shaft or main shaft bearings. check your tanny fluid at the very least.

lol... umm, no. has nothing to do with tight gears. my tranny makes ZERO odd noises, and i have a custom box.

this only started happening right after a clutch/flywheel istall. So it cant be inside the tranny. Possibly bad throwout bearing? wtf i bought it brand new too
