cam gear cover
i swapped the engine in my 91 crx and i wanna get the zc hood because i noticed that the stock hood is rubbing on the cam gear cover so i was wondering if it is safe to drive without the cover and 2 does anyone know where i can find a zc hood

Mine rubs too. On some civics and CRXs the timing belt cover on the DOHC ZC rubs the hood. I just deal with it and press down on my hood whenever I have to open it. My friend ran without a timing belt cover in his DOHC ZC, but I just don't like the idea of doing it.
As for a ZC hood, I'm looking too.

in deed dohc zc. the only reason im askin is cuz i saw someone jus left it on and it rubbed the timing belt so hard it started missin teeth on the cam gears and slipping.
