To trade or NOT?

Hey I got some 16" rota circuit 8's no curbs, or big marks, with kuhmo tire 75% left,
some guy wants to trade me these wheels with cash on my part, They are 15's with yoko. AVS 80% life,
they are JDM STERN AGUZZIES?

they are on a white EG /w carbon lip and hood, the rota's are gunmetal w/ polished lip
