Well the other night i ran up on the towing truck as they were about to tow my lude and they said i could pay them $80 on the spot and i would be straight well since i didnt have the money on me at the time, he said i could run inside to see if i could get some people to spot me some money. When i went back outside they were gone. aparently some other people that lived in the apartment complex were throwing eggs at the tow truck (LOL) so they left before i could stop them. anyways when i went to the yard the next day i found about 5 feet of my exhaust sitting next to my car and the passenger side of the rear bumper pulled away from the car. here are the pics....

they dropped liek a gigantic hook on the front of my hood. and SIAD they dindt do it. to them ****** hicks how towd my ka!

 

wow, wtf? why did your car get towed? as i remeber if you parked in the fire lane then they are not responsible for the damages

 

go cut the exhaust off the tow truck and rip its rear bumper off... eye for eye right...

 

cant they be held liable for that damage?

Why did you get towed?

That sucks. I've heard that towing companies are not responsible for that kind of damage if you were parked where you shouldn't have been parked.

The thing that sucks is, they know that they are not going to be responsible for the damages so they aren't careful with people's cars.

 

yes they are completely responsible for the damage...and its going to be a lot more than they expected. the N1 has to be replaced and the cat is also messed up so that may mean a high flow cat.

the reason they towed me was i wasn't parked in a visitor spot at my gf's apartment complex. They are extremely gay about that **** here on campus. The tow truck drives around the place looking for people who don't live there that are parked in the wrong spots.

 

That sucks.

College towns are the worst. Towing companies thrive and students pay

I lived in an apartment one time near campus and there was like one visitor parking spot for every 5 apartments! LoL. All my friends had to park a half mile away and I would go pick them up from their cars.

Same thing too, the tow truck drivers would just lurk around looking for someone to tow.

I hope they can be held responsible for the damage.

lol exactly...i got it on sale for about $350 and now the place i bought it form has it for $479

Just slash all the two trucks tires. There not cheap, and they can't make money to pay for them without a truck..

Just watch out cuz most two truck drivers are big

lol not a bad idea. the people were actually really sorry and they were very eager to help me they even offered to reemberse me for a rental. While we were picking my car up some kid snuck in and try to steal his mercedes back lol. the big black dude who worked there just stood in front of the kid and closed the gate before he could leave. he then lifted the back end with the tow truck haha. what a dumbass...

When i blew the clutch out of my Lude the tow company came and saw how low my car was and the dude called up one of the other guys at the shop and told him to bring some 2x4 planks to put under my wheels car so my front lip wouldnt get destroyed. i tipped him 20

 

expletive towing companies. Nothing but fat losers that dont give a expletive
