Default Deep Good Quality Muffler for Civic?

I'm looking for a nice deep quiet sounding exhaust for my Civic ['95].

What brand/model type should I be lookign at, and how cheap can I get it for?

[Cheaper is better, but I still want a satisfactory HP boost and sound].

A'Pexi WS2 or RS*R Ex-Mag

what kinds of other mods do you have to expect a "HP boost" from just a muffler?

cheap parts dont last. and you wont see a noticably HP gain from a muffler. imho best sounding mufflers i've heard was a mugen twin loop. and the rs*r ex mag. both have a quiet idle with a nice deep rumble with put on a load (driving)

I have an Apexi N1 muffler, I love it.

Mugen Twin Loop, or if you can't afford it, OBX Twin Loop.

Sounds like a stock exhaust at idle, and sounds mean as expletive when you go WOT.

Just get an ebay muffler. You can't beat the cost and you're not going to really get any horsepower. Plus mine sounds pretty decent.

Well I'm also investing in cold air and headers, but apparently, the popular concesus is Apexi. Or a Mugen twin loop.

Thanks for the input, now I can put my money towards something.
