My car shakes like a Vibrator!!!!
DC4/B18B1/Turbo/LS transmission/ACT Street-Strip Clutch
Okay, so on accel. my car vibrates really badly. On deccel. its fine. My right side wheel was shaking while I hade the car on jack stands, which led me to change the tie rods and the rack & pinon (got it aligned and the tires balanced). Drove the car and it still Shook. So then I decided to replace both CV axles. Drove and it still shook. I saw that the motor mount on the tranny side was bad, so I bought a Hasport mount (Auto to manual convertion, so I decided to by the mount that I needed to begin with). Drove the car... still shook! So then I decided to change the drivers side mount with a Hasport mount as well hoping that the mount was the problem... Wrong again
.. The rear mount and the stabilizer mounts have inserts, so those are okay. I am at the end of my witz. I dont know where the vibration is coming from. The last thing that I could think of is the Transmission's differencial being bad (I hope that is not the case). Any suggestions?

How do you know what a vibrator shakes like?
Anyway, ever think about the problem being in the hub?
maybe your bearing needs to be changed

You would have one to use on your girlfriend when she comes over for some fun. By no means does owning a vibrator make you gay, or imply that you use it on yourself.
I won't lie, I have one. She brought one to keep here at my house for "sessions"
ANYWAY, I'm still wondering if it could be a problem with the hub/spindle.

I am buying a tranny from a friend, so I HOPE that is the problem.... Im also thinking that my brakes may be warped... I really dont thing think that the wheel bearings are bad because when I changed the axles that is one of the things that I checked... the Hub spun smoothly. I thought that the axles may have been defective as well, but to be honest, the "before & after" shake is the same.

Some random left it at my place.... anywho, I'd have bought one anyway. Ladies love 'em!

I had a severe vibration only on acceleration and did all the things you mentioned. Then I figured it was the differential and bought a new one and installed with my new clutch and flywheel. After reinstalling the tranny, with new diff and diff bearings and new axles, the vibration was minimal. But only after a couple of weeks it was just as bad as before. I was at my wits end, just like you.
I then installed a new rear torque mount and new axles again, and problem was gone and hasn't come back. If the rear torque mount allows the engine and tranny to move to much, the inner CV joints absorb way too much angle and end up failing. Also if your car is lowered as most of ours are, this increases the bad angle as well. Because of the play in the mount, my CV axles kept having inner joint failure that caused a very bad vibration on acceleration.
The worn inner joint on the axle is the cause of the vibration and the mount is the catalyst for the failure. I see that you have inserts, but if the mount is torn, the insert might still allow too much movement. Good luck on your car, hope this helps.

What kind of axles did you put on? If rebuilt, then they are probably still the problem. I replaced my axles 4 times in about 2 months because I was putting on CCT-brand rebuilts, and it took that many sets to actually get a good set that did NOT vibrate during acceleration.
Brakes is not it, you wouldn't feel that during acceleration.
Get under the car and try to move the inner CV joints and see if there's any free-play.
