well sorry for the lame question.. i searched but couldnt really find wut i was looking for.. is $300 for an LS block a good price in SoCAL..

also.. if i get the block.. what is it supposed to come with ?

dont know about socal but i picked up TWO ls complete motors from junkyards here for 125 a piece. if its rebuilt and is everything(pistons, rods, crank, oil pan), then i guess its not bad. Only if its rebuilt though. like i said i dont know about socal just stl.

Is it a short block, or a long block? Hopefully it comes with everything attached to the head still, like the manifold, distributor, fuel rail, etc

 

thats not too bad really you can pick 1 up fromt eh junk yard for about 280 but ya gotta pay the core charge.
