I got 195/50/15 tires right now can I go 205/50/15 ?
You can switch to 205/50. However, depending on the car, 195/50-15 may be a better fit for your car. For example, the outer diameter may be closer to stock than 205/50, so that it will maintain the accuracy of your speedometer and odometer.
195/50-15 is a better fit for most older Civics that came stock with 175/70-13 or 185/60-14 tires.
195/55-15 is a better fit for most Integras and some newer Civics that came stock with 195/55-15 or 185/65-14 tires.
205/50-15 may be used as well, but may throw off your speedometer/odometer. One advantage of 205/50-15 is that it may be the only 15" size available that works for your car. This is true for many track tires and also for the Dunlop Direzza DZ101 tire.
What kind of car do you have? (Make, model, version, year)

my new 205-50-15 azenis are noticeably bigger than my 195-50-15 cheap-o wyndstars... many people don't realize that the sidewall is 50 on each but that is not a measurement of height, it's a percentage of stuff.... my 205-50's have a bigger sidewall than my 195-50's... for example...

50 is called the "aspect ratio" and specifies the relationship between the sidewall height and the tread width. For example, a 195/50-15 tire has tread that is 195 mm wide, and the sidewall height is 50 percent of 195 mm, or 97.5 mm.

Rubbing is always a risk when you combine (a) a tire that is wider than stock AND (b) a tire whose outer diameter is greater than stock AND (c) a lowered car. It's even worse if they are the old Azenis (RT-215), which were notorious for being larger than other tires of the same 205/50-15 size; I'm not sure if that's true of the new Azenis (RT-615) or not.
You'll have to try it to find out. 195/50-15 would certainly be a better choice for your car, but it's not available yet in the new Azenis.

It should; it's actually smaller in outer diameter than the stock size on your Integra. But I would stick with 195/55-15 (stock size for SE/GSR/ITR) if it's available in the tire you want.

195/50/15 to 205/50/15 isnt that big of a deal, unless your car is super duper slammed, within mm's of rubbing
you can google that tire calculator site, pretty cool tool, either from the miata site or some tire shop site (discount tire/tiresdirect, forgot which one...)

Im running 205/50/15 on 00 civic coupe with Skunk2 racing springs and its low as hell and the rears do rub in rard corners in the fenderwell from the body flex, nothing to bad, but I hear it. I know a camber kit would make front and rear touch fenders.
