Default Battery Light

Hi there all again,

Heres a thinker on my "92" Honda Civic when my battery light comes on once in awhile when this happens everything with light like my gauges and exterior lights get all brighter....could this be the alternator? or battery.....i do have an amp and when the battery light comes on the bass turns off but all the the lights get brighter which i dont mind at all i think it looks nicer all bright ...the battery is like a year old...

Is it like a power surge?

The lights would get bright and then go dim for a second or two and then return back to normal.

get ur alternator checked out... when my alternator went out my light never came on...

Hey Bond thanks for your feedback .....the lights do get brighter when the battery light comes on....then normal when the battery light goes off....but i dont think theres any power surge....goes from bright to normal. Theres no bright, dim, normal
