I have a stock b18b1 in my integra, with intake and header and full exhaust. the motor has 215,000+ miles on it and i average 300-320 miles to the tank, and like 32mpg
Pretty damn good for never rebuilding the motor, just regular oil changes every 3k and i always keep a check on fluids,, been a very great car!

I usually get 240-260 when I hit the empty marker but when I fill up I still have about 3 gallons in there. I'm pretty sure I can hit 300 but I usually don't tempt the fates.
Get around 300 or more on my stock 90 LS. Shift at around 2.5k to 3k rpms and everyonce in awhile going to redline. Also this is mostly city driving but some highway.

uhoh, is this something I have to look forward to? I had my JRSC at 6psi and I got normal mileage... now I have upgraded it to 11, will I have the same problem?

woah i never hit 300. but i think its becvause i take people in my car everyday. i rarely ever hit redline i usually shift at 2.5- 3k rpms and im still gettin same gas mileage. i just replaced my really old air filter, but im not seeing much better results. only local city driving (school and home and sometimes wrestling tourneys). How could i get better MPG motor wise. better filter? my car is bone stock also...
