I have a hatch with B16, suspension I have is ground controls and Tokico Illuminas. I had the suspension before the motor so I got the spring rate for my stock car. I was wondering If I would do better autoX with a stiffer spring rate in the front and back? Or should I just try getting an energy suspension kit to replace all the little crappy rubber inserts?

Also I was wondering if anyone had detailed instructions on how to install a ITR rear sway bar on a 4th gen hatch. i know this is possible and was there a huge difference. thanks.
