Default Getting ZC vtec installed in Del Sol, Which Clutch is good (gonna turbo later)

i want to do a clutch kit on my sol when we do the engine swap, what do you recomend for street performance and long life with a turbo added later

i dont want to spend much more than a regular clutch so dont be telling me to get some 1000 + dollar clutch ok,

i want to know what you personally recomend from your own experience not what a friends friend told you about a clutch,

thanks pepes

any type of exedy or act stage 2 would be good. make sure you get a lightened flywheel !!!

tustin ??? that ain't to far from where i am at. if you need help installed new clutch and fly, PM me and i will see if i could help you out.

ACT 4 puck clutch on ebay is $75. go here.

Act prolite 8lb flywheel is $227 shipped.

Everything was priced for a B series. For a ZC, it will either be the same price or even cheaper. So for just about $300, you are good to go.

I wouldn't just say "any" type of Exeddy. The stock replacement clutch would for sure have issues with boost. I toasted mine with 180whp all motor B setup. Not toasted like you would think, it broke in three places..

hey cali, i am paying some dude like 280 to do my swap, he is taking out the d15b and putting in the ZC install the clutch, motor mounts, water hoses, water pump, timing belt!

i really apprecite the offer but i am cool i figured 280 and i buy the parts is cheap. The engine cost me 645.00 with tax and a 1000 mile 30 day warranty got all autozone parts with life time warranty and my 20% discount

but i tell you what man if you could help me source a few parts like the clutch and flywheel and my front corners and the driving lights for the front bumper i would really appreciate it

Don't get the light flywheel if your going boost, it's so trivial that it's not going to be worth the money.
