would 88-89 molding fit on 90-91?

like tipic sais....would the side molding from a 88-89 fit on a 90-91 civic HB? would there be any gaps?......i got a set pretty cheap and they are going into a jdm fronted civic....

well i just dont want to have any gaps.....i'll be painting them with a trim paint black....will be adding a white line instead of the red....

any one know????
