I dont have a JDM front, but i have fallen back in love with my 96. The car has been parked for over 2 years, and I have been working on it for just about 1year. I rolled it out the other day, got my sidemarkers on and my new lower corners. Once i washed her, i stood back and looked and I fell in love again with the front end. I was on the JDM front end bandwaggon for a while, but now i am keeping my stock front end.

It's all on personal preference.

the problem with the jdm front end i think-

Its just the angles its viewed at.. Cetain angles it looks hidious like an accord, and others it looks sporty.

The usdm front end is one of those that looks pretty much the same no matter how you look at it.

94-97 has a more classic acura look. classis like older school, even though it was like 10 years ago.

98-01 I have no opinion on, everytime I see it I think speed channel.

jdm front it was badass the first time I saw one. still is badass, but i dunno, it just how much money they cost, its like blah! and how often integras get stolen ****.

I remember when I thought they were cool, and now that like 6 more people have them near me, I'm thinking my 98+ front is the one that's rare! Not to mention the jdm is so damn expensive w/ the HIDs. I predict this jdm **** to wind down in the next year or 2. Atfer the Americans buy up all the parts from JDMland, they won't be cool to have when everyone you know has the same parts. Oh well, Some Jspec things are still cool, like ASAHI beer!

i like the 98-01 front the best. the JDM front end is so played out (IMO) that it just doesnt look as good as it did a few years ago. searcing on H-T apperance ans cosmetic forum u see JDM fronts more than USDM stock ones

i agree with rob. although HIDs look tight as expletive with the stock bumper/lights. to me, why spend the money on something purely cosmetic, when for the same price or less you could put a LSD in your car?!

This subject is based all on personal preference. I personally would never get tired of a jdm front on a teg, but on the other hand I would not have spent that kind of money on the front end in the 1st place when I would much rather use it for propulsion of my car instead. I do plan on getting HID's in the near future though.

Ooh nice, a Milano Red JDM Front? You don't see those too often, and when you do, murr.

i like the 94-01 front ends better than the jdm front on most tegs.. there's only a couple where i thought it was really nicely done..

it's becoming a little too used, and personally i think it can look like an accord front at times (which i have no problem with, but if i wanted an accord, i'd buy an accord)

out of the usdm oem fronts, i like the 94-97 style most, i don't like the newer design around the headlights, don't like the grille area as much on the 98-01..

i'm sticking with my 94 sedan oem front, thank you very much

i actually kind of like the 98-01 front bumper, but i probably wouldn't spend the money on it until i ran out of other modifications.
