What Size should i use on my D16Z6 Turbo? 75.5, 76, 77, 78, 79 MM Extreme Duty?

Depends on what you want your compression ratio to be. How many pounds are you boosting? Oh and I've heard really shitty things about cosmetic headgaskets. They have a tendency to crap out really easily.

Those numbers that you show are for the bore of your motor. If its stock then i believe you need to get 75mm.

Cosmetic have a habbit of cracking when in race form. Daily driven they shouldnt be to bad. I would just go with OEM.
