Fender liner removal?
Just got my H&R Sports and KYB AGX's installed today and what a swweett
*** ride. Settings of 2f 3r yield a smooth smooth ride.. I tried 3f 4r and felt
nauseaded after 20 minutes... On my 14" winter tires there's only room for
one finger all around.
Now my question is when I u-turn there's a little wheel rub and I'm scared that I'm going to rip out the fender liner. It had ripped out once before on stock height
when I made an agressive turn. When I put my stock 15" wheels with 195-55 tires after winter the 1" gap will probably be gone.. which means more wheel rub..
So do you guys take out the fender liners after the drop? I spoke to one guy who said he took them out during the summer and put it back on during the winter..
Here's a pic of the drop..
Baby needs a wash tho..

That's interesting, I have H&R Sport w/ 205/50-15 on stock wheels and I don't rub at all. My rear Konis are on the lower perch so I'm probably lower than you are in back. Where exactly do your tires rub (top, sides)?
The rubbing seems to be coming from the front driver and passenger side. when
I make a left u-turn.. I hear it on the driver side.. when I make a right u-turn I hear it on the passenger side.
Maybe it's because your on lower profile tires? The winter tires are 60 height..

i took mine off... but i dont get snow... however i dont see any problems at all. my engine bay doesnt get any dirtier or water doesnt get inside. i'm runnin 205/50/16" and it does tend to rub, so i tossed them.
