this is what the type s and r look like stock from japan

here is the lip kit. .

which is the same as the US lip kit

in other words, there is no difference between the USDM lip kit and the JDM lip kit. Just go to the dealer and buy the lip kit if you really want it... prolly a lot cheaper than buying JDM lip kit. . plus it'll be BRAND SPANKIN new!

There is no RSX Type R Captain Rice. The picture above shows a JDM Integra Type R.

But it's very effective. You can tell that a lip like that would start working at around 45 miles per hour.

I have an EP3 with the HFP wing on it, but I can't make up my mind whether I want to buy the "facelift" 2005 CTR bumpers or the "early" 2002 CTR bumpers...or just get the HFP lip, which looks a lot like that DC5 lip. You can tell the same people designed it.

One of the reasons I am having a hard time deciding is that there's this guy at Honda insisting the HFP USDM optional lip is more aerodynamically effective than either the 2005 CTR or the 2002 CTR.

Hmmmm....

Another advantage to these USDM parts, of course, is that you know they're in good shape, they're new, and they're already painted the right colour!

I know you can find the EP3 USDM HFP lip at around $275 new if you shop around the parts sellers. I'm thinking the Acura parts shouldn't cost more.

Yes, the lip kit is available from Acura if you enjoy bending over & handing over your cash....

on another note
I have a replica R wing that we bought in 02 for our 02 that i will let go on the cheap since we have never used it. It's ABS plastic (unapainted) and has the LED brake light + all screws etc.

man, are you retarded??? I posted the differences for you... the only difference is USDM comes with an RSX and A (acura) emblem.... JDM one is an integra and a red H (honda) emblem

Considering what it can cost to have a badly-made kit fitted, filled, and painted, the OEM parts make a lot of sense.
