Are my springs adjustable?
I dont know if my springs are adjustable or not. They have 2 ring looking things on them, and there on some spiral looking part of my shock. Does this mean i can adjust them??

Your description isn't working for me. Can you take a photo? Does it look like a stock system with a fixed perch or a coil-over threaded system?
i dont know what the spring perch is...
The spring stops on some metal ring looking thing which is at the spiral part of the shock. It looks like i should be able to unscrew it and raise it down to allow more spring travel? i dont know tho

ya it looks like a spring would be on top of that...
My problem is my spring is REALLY compressed.. and i have no suspension travel at all. so when i hit bumps and **** its slamming and ruining my ****

So at regular ride height, is your spring already fully compressed/somewhat close to it?
If thats the case you might just have the perches too high and lowering them would help. But your car would also be sitting very high in that case I think...

if im understanding you correctly, if anything, screwing the perch up would make things worse and not give you any more SPRING travel. however, it may give you more SHOCK travel, which i think you might be confusing terms here...
is there not a lot of space between the coils of the spring?(spring travel) or is there not a lot of space between the top of the shock and the top of the shock rod?(shock travel)

is is unscrewing the perch toward the bottom of the perch closer to my wheel gona make it worse...isnt that allowing the spring to expand giving me more spring travel...

Yes, it will make the car lower and decrease your shock travel.

The spring will compress to the same length based on the weight of the car and the springrate. It sounds like you may have either poor quality springs that have 'sagged' and are no longer useful; or they were very low rates and the collar had do be raised very high to get the car at an acceptable ride height, and it compressed the spring down. It could also be a combination of the two problems.

yeah, your springs are near coil binding.
lowering the perch wont actually do anything positive for you.
is there any writing on the springs?
the sleeves LOOK like ground controls sleeves, but ive seen exact look alikes of ground control sleeves. and those springs i am almost positive are not eibachs. and it could be possible someone swapped springs with the orignal ground control sleeves.
so tell us whats written on the spring and gold perch, if anything.
