Alright, I'm in a position to pick up Neuspeed sway bars for front and rear in exchange for my stock ones plus cash. I'm wondering though, will they really make much of a difference? Hopefully this weekend I will be installing my new springs (.5" lower then stock). Should I go for both sway bars? Just the front? Or neither? Also, I've got a strut bar sitting here that I've just been too lazy to install
You should feel a difference. I have the same bars, I cant really comment on how much of a difference as I only had the car for a few hours before I put them on. People recomend putting just the rear on to make the car more neuteral. I put them both on and stupid me trashed the stock ones, so im stuck.
i have just a rear bar on mine. first of all i HATE understeer (and yet i love the predictability of front wheel drive, how ironic), so i took off the front sway bar and that helped a little. then i got a ST rear sway bar and now i can drift ever so beautifully, even on dry roads.
if you were just to put the rear sway bar, you would feel more of a difference than putting in just the front sway bar(just in my experience). but putting the two together you should feel a difference when taking corners.
