gsr tranny
What do you mean it "isn't good"? What application are you using it for?
The GSR is a great tranny for many applications, especially forced induction. You can easily swap LSD's in there, and there are many aftermarket final drive kits that bolt right in.
The B16 tranny has shorter gearing and will give you slightly more mechanical advantage, but it might be too short for some applications.
The LS tranny is also not that bad. It's CHEAP, bulletproof like many other B-series trannies, and if you want to save gas, it's perfect. If you can do tranny work, you can easily swap parts to and from that tranny to change the ratios to your liking.

Either way, get the GSR. The Integra is an all around better car. Much more luxurious inside.

buy the teg man, especially if was driven by a mid aged woman. you know she drove it a lot nicer than that 19 or 20 y/o dude did. plus it is damn near stock so you can mess wit what you want on it from the start and know exactly what is being done and how it was done.
but beyond everything else the integra looks better imho
just my .02

Buy the Integra.
My D-powered EG is faster on a road course, but I absolutely LOVE driving my GSR. It's smoother, quiter, more luxurious, and the torque.....oh the torque
. It's near perfect.
Some websites:

http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com (cause some parts are interchangeable, this site is cheaper)
and of course: Honda-tech and ebay!

go with the teg, overall i think you will prefer it over the si and 65k is definitely nothing to worry about.

They're about the same.
I'm 6' and I've got about the same head room and leg room in my wife's EJ as I do in my GSR. However, because the GSR has the dual bend shifter, it sits back further and is more ergonomic for the taller driver when your seat is back further, you're not having to stretch to shift like in the EG.

If your really that much into the b16 trans, swap in a jdm lsd b16 one. The integra is a nice car. Especially if you have the leather interior, it looks really clean inside.
Im wanna be the odd ball, so get the Si, although I dont like it that much, and I would personally without a doubt get the gs-r, but like I said, I just wanted to be the odd ball!!!
Plus, think of the leather, if it has it, and those two little circle lights that appear to stare at you all the time!
