Default Ground control coilovers

do to all the positive feedback i heard im going with koni yellow with ground control coilovers with custum spring rates but when i go to ground controls site it says to put in the spring rate desired i want 380F/380R do i put it in like that or do i have to put in the "K" value if so can someone tell me how to do the math to get the "K" value thanks

and also where could i get extended top mounts

I'm pretty sure one of our vendors are offering the Koni/GC + extended tophats combo for a good price.

Call them up. Talk to GC themselves and see what they recommends. They'll take care. But before you do anything else, ask yourself, do you really need custom spring rates? Are you going to the tracks? Are you willing to have a bumpy ride? If you answer no to any of these questions, then you're not ready for custom spring rates. If you don't care, then feel free to get whatever you want.
