Default ZC head on d16a6?

I was thinking of this combo for CA smog reasons. Any reason this wouldn't work? Could I run a pm6, or would I need to get the JDM ECU?

If it is the DOHC ZC head, it wont fit on the A6 block, so don't bother.

If its the sohc zc head, its basically the A6 head with a more aggressive cam which, imo, would yield worse smog results.

If its the vtec head, its basically like a mini-me, again probably worse results.

If its for smog reasons, use the pm6 ecu, regardless, because the JDM ecu is not set to met US emission standards.

SOHC ZC. For smog reasons I wasn't thinking tailpipe, but for the check of block #'s. My A6 head needs a rebuild, which I am working on, but as long as I am putting on a new head I thought I might go SOHC ZC and get 20 more horses.
